The applicant should fill up the Application Form of online Birth Certificate from the website (https://bdris.gov.bd/br/application). Print the completed Application Form and attach the following documents for submission to the Embassy.   

Required documents:

1. Passport copies of parents
2. Visa copies of parents
3. Marriage certificate copy of parents
4. Local birth certificate copy of child
5. English translation copy of local birth certificate
6. Passport size photo of the child (two copies)
