Required additional documents

1. Invitation letter should be sent directly to the Embassy’s Email (mission.cairo@mofa.gov.bd) from Bangladeshi host company.
2. HR letter should be sent directly to the Embassy’s Email from the local company.
3. Recommendation letter from BIDA/BEPZA should be sent directly to the Embassy.  
4. Applicant may confirm over phone with the Embassy if all documents submitted are sufficient.
5. Fill up the Application Form of Visa from website (https://www.visa.gov.bd/) upon confirmation.
6. Print the duly filled up Visa Application Form and attach the following documents for submission to the Embassy.

1. Invitation letter from Bangladeshi company
2. HR letter from Local company
3. Recommendation letter from BIDA/BEPZA
4. Original passport with a photocopy of the passport
5. Passport size photo of applicant (two copies)
